In RH 2019, I could easily either select an existing style corresponding to each Word style, or select "Discard Style" for when there wasn't any that fit but I didn't want to import as a style of its own. I've recently upgraded to RoboHelp 2020 from the 2019 version, and have run into a bit of an issue with importing Word documents.
